Abstract在光学系统和探测器的主要特性基础上,提出了一种数字摄像机的分辨率计算模型,输入数字摄像机的主要成像参数,输出其极限分辨率。分别采用USAF1951靶标和ISO12233分辨率测试卡设计了两个物理实验,在实验室环境下测试了衍射受限的场积分数字摄像机的极限分辨率,实验结果与理论模型结果之间的误差均小于10%,说明理论模型能够准确预测数字摄像机的分辨能力。
Other AbstractA computational model of digital cameras’s resolution is proposed on the basis of main characters of optics and detector. The input of the model is main imaging parameters, and the output is limiting resolution. Two physical experiments are deigned by USAF1951 and ISO12233 standard respectively. Limiting resolution of diffraction-limited field integration digital camera is tested under laboratory environment. The errors of experimental results and theoretical result are less than 10%. The theoretical model can predict the resolution of digital camera accurately.
