Abstract

据统计异步电机消耗的电能占全部用电量的50%以上,电机运行效率的准确估计,对电机系统节能具有重要意义。本主针对现有非侵入式效率估计方法在估计效率时均要用到杂散损耗假设值的问题,提出了一种新的非侵入式效率估计方法,建立了包含转速和负载转矩的增广数学模型,利用EKF直接估计异步电机的转速和负载转矩,用估计的转速和负载转矩计算出异步电机的效率。实验表明所提方法以较高的精度估计出了电机的效率。
