Abstract阐述了电液伺服阀力矩马达工作原理及伺服放大器的性能要求,设计了具有调零、反馈、限流功能的伺服放大器模型,并运用仿真软件OrCAD对伺服放大器电路模型进行了性能分析和验证。在仿真的基础上研制了伺服放大器,并对其进行了性能测试,结果表明,伺服放大器输出电流稳定、线性度好、响应迅速,完全满足设计要求。
Other AbstractThe operational principle of the electro-hydraulic servo valve torque motor and the performance requirements of the servo amplifier are described. The servo amplifier model that possesses functions of zero adjustment,feedback and current limitation is designed,and the performance analysis and validation for circuit model of the servo amplifier are carried out by using simulation software OrCAD. On the basis of the simulation,the servo amplifier is fabricated,and the performance is tested. The results indicate that the servo amplifier features stable output current,good linearity,and rapid response,thus fully meets designing requirements.
