Abstract在制造执行系统中,计划排产因为与企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)的部分模块功能有所重叠,所以如何实现MES的这一部分功能,并且避免与ERP的冲突是十分关键的。针对MES中的计划排产进行设计和实现,并考虑了与ERP之间的关系,避免了冲突,还发挥了MES的优点。通过实际项目实施,验证了这一方法的有效。
Other AbstractAnalyze the defects of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher mine Sandvik H7800 the electromechanical drive bracket structure,and find out the main reason. Take the measures to increase the flange coupling plate. Eliminate the fault of cone crusher body and motor of the shelf bracket structure coupling boltsfrequent breakage, greatly reduce downtime, and meet the stable production needs.
