Abstract本装置属于机械表面加工测量装置,其结构由机械部分、光学部分、控制电路部分及微处理器组成,机械部分以磨床为主体,以光束为探测手段,由发光管、经透镜照射到加工件上,然后通过物镜照射到光电器件上成像,由光信号变成电信号,而后输入到微处理器,其优点是采用光电控制系统,提高了加工精度,提高了工效,可用于各种机械精密加工。
Other AbstractThe present invention belongs to the measuring apparatus for mechanical surface finishing, its construction is composed of machinery part, optic part, control circuit part and micro processor, the machinery part takes the grinder as main body, light beams as means for detection, the light beams from luminotron radiate through lens on the processed workpiece, then passing through objective lens radiate on photoelectric device to form image, it is changed from optic signal to electric signal then input in the microprocessor. The advantage is that the machining accuracy and work efficiency are all improved.
