The utility model comprises a checking part and a control and data processing part, wherein, the checking part is composed of an image sensor and a checking frame, and the control and data processing part is composed of an analog and digital converting device, a data acquisition buffer, a computer system, etc. The device of the utility model can be used for checking defects in the inner bore of the cannon, which provides possibility for recognizing the states and the changing rules of the inner surface of the bore of the cannon completely, accurately and quantitatively. The utility model changes the original low-accurate method with visual estimation.
