摘要: 本测量仪属于一种水位检测装置,其结构由三开关测量装置及微机控制电路组成,其中三开关装在减速箱上,由旋转导轮带动,导轮上装有绳索,两端加有浮球和重锤,利用液位每变化一个厘米(增加或减少)相应的开关开断一次,将三开关的相应开断变化送入微机进行数据处理,判断出液位当前值。优点:用浮子三个开关来实现,代替了繁琐复杂的码盘和编码计数设备,结构简单,稳定可靠。
英文摘要: The utility model relates to a three-switch level detector which belongs to a water level detecting device. The structure of the utility model is composed of a measuring device with three switches and a microcomputer control circuit, wherein, the three switches are arranged on a speed reduction box and are driven by a rotary guide wheel. A rope is arranged on the guide wheel, and both ends of the rope are added with a floating ball and a heavy hammer. When the liquid level changes one centimeter (increase or reduce), the switch is switched on or switched off in one time correspondingly. Thus, the corresponding switching-on or switching-off change of the triple switch is converted into the microcomputer for data processing, and the current value of the liquid level can be judged. The utility model has the advantages that the work is realized by the three switches of the float to replace the complicated code disc and the coded counting equipment, the structure is simple, and the stability and the reliability are realized.
