Abstract本装置属于液压技术领域。其结构由左端盖、壳体、右端盖、转轴、轴端盖、活塞杆组成。中间为转轴,左右为端盖,中间为活塞杆,在转轴两侧为A、B腔,中间有凸阀,活塞杆两端为C、D腔,且各腔分别与油管相接,由于中轴固定,油管加压使壳体可轴向转动,且活塞杆可直线运动。优点:用一组元件可实现直线和转动两种运动,可分开又可同时进行,体积小,结构简单,安装使用方便。
Other AbstractThe utility model relates to a straight-line-rotation compound motor belonging to the field of hydraulic technology, and the utility model is composed of a left end cover, a shell body, a right end cover, a rotating shaft, a shaft end cover and a piston rod. The rotating shaft and the piston rod is arranged at the middle part of the straight-line-rotation compound motor the end covers are on the left side and the right side of the straight-line-rotation compound motor. An A cavity and a B cavity are arranged on the two sides of the rotating shaft. A salient valve is arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft. A C cavity and a D cavity are at both ends of the piston rod. Moreover, each cavity is respectively connected with a fuel tube. Due to the fact that a centre shaft is fixed, the fuel tube is pressurized, so that the shell body can axially rotate. Moreover, the piston rod can do rectilinear motion. The linear motion and the rotary motion can be realized by using one set of elements. The linear motion and the rotary motion can be carried out simultaneously and respectively. The utility model has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, convenient installation and convenient operation.
