Abstract本结构属于一种汽车总装线动态跟踪定位装置。其结构由光靶和接收控制电路组成,光靶为红外线光源加有控制电路,接收电路有位置传感器、变换放大滤波器、A/D转换器、车载计数机、D/A转换器及伺服机构组成。位置传感器将光靶信号接收后经位置传感器将信号送入计算机,经处理后返入伺服机构控制导航车与板链的同步。优点:结构简单,电路稳定可靠,灵敏度高,响应速度快。
Other AbstractThe tracking and positioning apparatus for car assembly line is composed of light target and receiving controller. Said light target is infrared source plus control circuit. Said receiving circuit includes position sensor, conversion amplifier-filter, A/D converter, on-carriage counter, D/A converter and servo mechanism. Position sensor receives signal from light target and sends it to computer, where it is processed and the sent to servo mechanism for synchronizing nevigation carriage with chain. Its advantages are high reliability, sensitivity and response speed.
