Abstract

本发明公开一种基于综合物流的智能优化排产方法,它通过对企业物流、资金流的分析,从生产工艺入手掌握生产中的物流走向,并在物流中融入反映生产成本的资金流,建立反映生产成本递增的正向综合物流模型和反映盈利能力递减的逆向综合物流模型;根据中间产品在各道加工工序中的分配规律,建立反映工艺流程联接情况的联接矩阵;利用逆向综合物流模型,建立反映工艺流程盈利能力的盈利系数矩阵;通过联接矩阵和盈利系数矩阵,建立物流分配矩阵;再在物流分配矩阵上进行“最大-最小”优化作业,获得最优物流分配计划;最后,利用逆向综合物流模型并采用最优切割算法,进一步获得各油品的最优切割计划。本发明参数少、智能程度高、实用性强。

Other Abstract

This invention discloses an intelligent optimized production arrangement method, which masters trend of commodity-flow in production and joins in funds flow expressing production cost to set up a forward combined commodity flow model showing the progressive increase of cost and a backward combined model expressing the steady reducing of gain ability to set up a process flow connection matrix based on the distribution rule of intermediated products on each production process, sets up a profit factor matrix utilizing backward combined model and sets up commodity-flow distribution matrix by connecting the above two matrixes then to optimize the distribution matrix to get the optimum distribution plan, finally obtains the optimum cutting plan for the oil products.
