Abstract本实用新型涉及一种可以应用在水下机器人液压系统的液压补偿器。它由前后端盖、套筒、导杆、活塞、皮囊及位置检测装置组成,其中:皮囊安装在活塞与前端盖之间,于套筒内,用压盖压住;在导杆上套合弹簧,安装在活塞内壁与后端盖之间;所述导杆至少3个,均匀安装在活塞内壁与后端盖之间;在前端盖上加设位置检测装置,与套筒上所安装设的电磁铁位置相对应;所述皮囊开口端部具有向外翻的唇边,唇边部分的边缘下方设凸台,与前端盖边缘下方所设的凹槽相配合。本实用新型结构简单、适于水下作业。
Other AbstractThe utility model relates to a hydraulic compensating device which can be applied to underwater robot hydraulic system, comprising a front end cap, a back end cap, a sleeve, guide rods, a piston, a rubber bag and a position detecting device, wherein, the rubber bag is arranged between the piston and the front end cap and inside the sleeve, which is pinned by a press cover springs are sleeved on the guide rods and arranged between the inner wall of the piston and the back end cap at least three guide rods are provided and uniformly arranged between the inner wall of the piston and the back end cap the position detecting device is arranged on the front end cap and corresponds to the position of an electromagnet arranged on the sleeve the opening end of the rubber bag is provided with a lip turning outwards a lug boss is arranged below the edge of the lip and matched with a groove arranged below the edge of the front end cap. The utility model is simple in structure and suitable for underwater operation.
