摘要: 本实用新型涉及一种铠装电缆,尤其是在铠装电缆的负荷很大时的端部固定装置,包括接头体、铠缆外层钢丝、铠缆内层芯线,接头体的中间设一有锥度的圆孔,铠缆外层钢丝散开并弯回后装入接头体的锥孔内、于铠缆的根部,其特征是在铠缆外层钢丝与铠缆内层芯线之间加设铠缆内层芯线护套。它能克服现有技术中铠缆接头在铠缆受力较大时易损坏芯线的不足,保证铠缆芯线不受损坏。
英文摘要: The utility model relates to an armored cable, in particular to an end fixing device when the load of the armored cable is extremely large, which comprises a joint body, an outer steel wire of the armored cable and an inner core wire of the armored cable. The middle of the joint body is provided with a round hole with a certain taper angle, the outer steel wire of the armored cable is dispersed and bended and then arranged in the taper hole of the joint body at the root of the armored cable. The utility mode is characterized in that a protecting sleeve for the inner core wire of armored cable is additionally arranged between the outer steel wire of the armored cable and the inner core wire of the armored cable. The utility model overcomes the defect of the prior art that the core wire is frequently damaged by the joint of the armored cable when the stress of the armored cable is extremely large.
