Abstract本实用新型涉及水下机器人作业装置,具体地说是一种水下悬挂式系缆绞车,包括卷筒及滑环,卷筒两端均设有侧板,滑环经侧板由卷筒内穿过,与卷筒连动;两侧板外侧设有吊架,与卷筒同轴设置,绞车通过两吊架悬挂于机架上;在一侧吊架与侧板之间安装有驱动链轮,与卷筒同轴设置,卷筒与驱动链轮相连动,另一侧的吊架与侧板之间设有接线盒,固接在侧板上,滑环上的尾线及系缆连接至接线盒内;吊架与外连接轴套的连接处、驱动链轮与链轮连接法兰的连接处及第一、二内连接轴套与法兰的连接处,为止口凸台结构。本实用新型为悬挂式结构,节省空间;滑环安装合理,接线方便,同轴精度高;滑动套可实现自润滑;增加系缆贮存长度。
