Abstract本发明涉及一种切管装置及其控制方法,装置包括:用于将管料输送至切管机构进行切管操作的送管机构以及执行切管操作的切管机构,送管机构的出料部分与切管机构的进料部分衔接,且送管机构的接料架位于使管料中心与切管机构的过管孔中心保持同轴的位置;方法为:参数、机构初始化;管料如运送到位则开始送管;当料头到达料头检测开关时,记录送管伺服电机的当前位置为管料起始位置;当满足条件1时,送管伺服电机停止送料;调用切管子程序;切管完成后如果需要继续,则记录送管伺服电机当前位置为切断管位置,继续送管操作直到满足条件2;再次调用切管子程序,进行切管操作。本发明通过铣削的方式实现大管径管料的定长切削,保证整个切管过程可靠高效。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to a pipe cutting device and a control method thereof. The device comprises a pipe conveying mechanism for conveying a pipe to a pipe cutting mechanism to perform pipe cutting operation and the pipe cutting mechanism for executing the pipe cutting operation, wherein the discharge part of the pipe conveying mechanism is engaged with the feeding part of the pipe cutting mechanism, and a receiving rack of the pipe conveying mechanism is positioned at a position for keeping the center of the pipe and the center of a pipe through hole of the pipe cutting mechanism coaxial. The method comprises the following steps of: initializing the parameters and the mechanisms if the pipe is conveyed in place, starting conveying the pipe when the pipe head reaches a pipe head detection switch, recording the current position of a pipe conveying servo motor as a pipe initial position when the condition 1 is met, stopping conveying the pipe by the pipe conveying servo motor calling a pipe cutting subprogram if the pipe needs to be continuously cut after the pipe is cut, recording the current position of the pipe conveying servo motor as a cut pipe position, and continuously performing pipe conveying operation till the condition 2 is met and calling the pipe cutting subprogram again to perform the pipe cutting operation. Fixed length cutting of the large-diameter pipe is realized in a milling mode, and reliability and high efficiency of the whole pipe cutting process are ensured.
