Abstract本发明涉及一种卡圈压装装置及其控制方法,装置包括:支撑体,固定送卡圈机构及压装机构;送卡圈机构,将卡圈料仓内的卡圈逐个输送出卡圈料仓;压装机构,位于送卡圈机构的下方,执行压卡圈操作;送卡圈机构的出卡圈部分与压装机构的锥套连接片部分衔接。方法为:机构初始化;如允许压卡圈,则压卡圈片向下推动一个卡圈下落到连接片上;压卡圈片回到初始位置;锥套向工件的方向移动并接触时,压头下向工件的方向移动;当压头移动延时时间已到,压头返回到初始位。本发明结构新颖,包括上料、锥套过渡,压头压装等步骤,过程简单,衔接可靠,真正实现了快速可靠的装配,保证整个卡圈装配过程可靠高效。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to a collar pressing and assembling device and a control method thereof. The collar pressing and assembling device comprises a supporting body, a collar conveying mechanism and a pressing mechanism, wherein the supporting body is used for fixing the collar feeding mechanism and the pressing mechanism the collar conveying mechanism is used for conveying collars in a collar cabin out of the collar cabin one by one the pressing mechanism is positioned below the collar conveying mechanism for pressing the collars and a collar discharging part of the collar conveying mechanism is partially connected with a taper sleeve connecting sheet part of the pressing mechanism. The control method comprises the following steps that: the mechanisms are initialized, wherein if the collars are allowed to be pressed, a collar pressing sheet downwards pushes a collar to fall onto a connecting sheet the collar pressing sheet returns to an initial position when a taper sleeve moves to a workpiece and contacts the workpiece, a pressing head downwards moves to the workpiece and when the delay time of the movement of the pressing head is up, the pressing head returns to the initial position. The collar pressing and assembling device has a novel structure and the method comprises steps of feeding materials, transiting the taper sleeve, pressing the pressing head and the like, is simple in process and reliable in connection, really realizes quick and reliable assembly and ensures reliability and high efficiency in the whole collar assembling process.
