摘要: 本发明涉及应用于风机控制系统的高精度温度检测装置及检测方法,本发明的检测装置包括:基准电压源、分压电路、π型滤波电路、过流保护电路、低通滤波、AD转换电路、AD自校准电路、高速光耦隔离电路和DSP芯片。检测方法为通过使用DSP实现二次拟合、快速求解方根、查找阻值分度表、分段线性化等反向求解算法,根据检测得到的PT两端电压值求解PT电阻值,进而反向求解出高精度温度值。本发明解决了恒压源法硬件电路和PT热电阻分度表存在双重非线性的问题,消除了双重非线性对温度检测精度的影响,提高了测量精度。并具有工作范围宽、测量精度高、自校准、可适应输入电阻宽阻值范围的特点。
英文摘要: The invention relates to a high-precision temperature detecting device and a detecting method applied to a draught fan control system. The high-precision temperature detecting device comprises a reference voltage source, a voltage division circuit, an n-shaped filter circuit, an over-current protection circuit, a low pass filter, an analog to digital (AD) conversion circuit, an AD self-calibrating circuit, a high-speed optocoupler isolation circuit and a digital signal processor (DSP) chip. The detecting method comprises a first step of achieving reverse solving algorithms including quadratic fit, fast square roots solving, resistance value indexing table finding, piecewise linearization and the like through the DSP chip, a second step of solving a PT resistance value according to the detected voltage values of two ends of the PT, and a third step of reversely solving a high-precision temperature value. The high-precision temperature detecting device and the detecting method applied to the air fan control system have the advantages of solving the problem that double nonlinearity exists in a constant voltage source hardware circuit and a PT thermal resistance indexing table, eliminating the influence of the double nonlinearity on the temperature detecting precision, improving the measuring precision, and being wide in working range, high in measuring precision, self-calibrating and applicable to a wide resistance value range of input resistance.
