Abstract本发明涉及一种陀螺起转的方法及装置,该装置包括:位置传感器,检测陀螺转子位置;速度传感器,检测陀螺转子旋转速度;检波电路,对位置传感器信号检波;预处理电路,对速度传感器输入信号预处理;微处理器,对陀螺的位置信号和速度信号进行处理并输出至功率放大器,并在速度大于切断速度时切断起转电路;功率放大器,放大微处理器的控制信号输出至陀螺定子的线圈。该发明方法包括:检测陀螺转子位置;如果检测到的位置正好是磁感应强度的最大点,检测陀螺转子速度;如果陀螺转子的转动速度低于设定速度,进行定子绕组的磁换向处理并进行通讯控制;回到对陀螺转子的位置进行检测步骤,循环进行。本发明位置检测精确,转速测量准确,可远端控制。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to a method and a device for gyro run-up. The device comprises a position sensor for detecting the position of a gyrorotor, a speed sensor for detecting the rotational speed of the gyrorotor, a detecting circuit for performing signal detection for the position sensor, a preprocessing circuit for preprocessing an input signal of the speed sensor, a microprocessor used for processing the position signal and the speed signal of the gyro and outputting the position signal and the speed signal to a power amplifier and used for cutting a start circuit off when the speed is higher than the cutting speed, and a power amplifier for amplifying the control signal of the microprocessor and outputting the control signal to a coil for a gyro stator. The method comprises the following steps: detecting the position of the gyrorotor if the detected position is the maximum point of the magnetic induction density, detecting the speed of the gyrorotor if the rotational speed of the gyrorotor is lower than the set speed, performing magnetism commutating processing of a stator winding and the communication control and returning the detection step of the position of the gyrorotor and repeating the steps. The invention has the advantages of accurate position detection, accurate measurement of the rotational speed and remote control.
