Abstract本实用新型涉及一种气密舱充气及气密性检测装置,包括:充气管路及抽气管路,两个管路通过管路切换元件选择性地与气密舱的充气空间相连;充气管路的输入端连接充气瓶,抽气管路的输出端设有真空泵;所述充气管路上在进气方向上依次设有过滤器、充气阀以及真空压力表后接入管路切换元件;充气管路的进气端还设有第1自锁接头;所述抽气管路在抽气方向上依次设有抽气阀、真空表及真空泵;在真空泵的进气口还通过单向阀设有第2自锁接头。本实用新型采用抽气和充气结合的结构,对气密舱的抽气和充气过程连续交替实施,先抽气后充气,纯度很快达到要求,速度快,充气抽气效率高。
Other AbstractThe utility model relates to an air-tight cabin charging and air-tightness detecting device which includes a charging pipeline and an air extracting pipeline which are selectively connected with the charging space of the air-tight cabin through a pipeline switching element the input end of the charging pipeline is connected with a charging bottle the output end of the air extracting pipeline is provided with a vacuum pump the charging pipeline after being provided with a filter, a charging valve, and a vacuum pressure meter in sequence on the air inlet direction, is switched in the pipeline switching element the air inlet end of the charging pipeline is also provided with a first self-locking joint the air extracting pipeline is provided with an air extracting valve, a vacuum meter and a vacuum pump in sequence on the air extracting direction and the air inlet of the vacuum pump is also provided with a second self-locking joint through a one-way valve. The utility model adopts the combined structure of air extracting and charging to continuously and alternatively implementing air extracting and charging on the air-tight cabin, extracts air first and then charges air, can reach the purification requirements very quickly, and has quick speed as well as high charging and air extracting efficiency.
