Abstract本发明涉及一种气密舱充气及气密性检测装置,包括:充气管路及抽气管路,两个管路通过管路切换元件选择性地与气密舱的充气空间相连;充气管路的输入端连接充气瓶,抽气管路的输出端设有真空泵;所述充气管路上在进气方向上依次设有过滤器、充气阀以及真空压力表后接入管路切换元件;充气管路的进气端还设有第1自锁接头;所述抽气管路在抽气方向上依次设有抽气阀、真空表及真空泵;在真空泵的进气口还通过单向阀设有第2自锁接头。本发明采用抽气和充气结合的结构,对气密舱的抽气和充气过程连续交替实施,先抽气后充气,纯度很快达到要求,速度快,充气抽气效率高。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to an air-tight cabin air filling and air tightness detecting device comprising an air-filled pipeline and a suction pipeline which are selectively connected with an air-filled space of an air-tight cabin by a pipeline switching element, wherein the input end of the air-filled pipeline is connected with an air-filled bottle, and the output end of the suction pipeline is provided with a vacuum pump a filter, an air-filled valve and a vacuum pressure gauge are sequentially arranged on the air-filling pipeline along the air intake direction, and then the air-filling pipeline is connected into a switching element, and the air inlet end of the air-filled pipeline is also provided with a first self-locking connector a suction valve, a vacuum meter and a vacuum pump are sequentially arranged on the suction pipeline along the suction direction and the air inlet of the vacuum pump is provided with a second self-locking connector by a one-way valve. In the air-tight cabin air-filled and air tightness detecting device, a structure that the suction and air filling are combined is adopted, the suction and air-filling processes of the air-tight cabin are carried out uninterruptedly and alternatively, air filling is carried out after suction is carried out, the purity can reach requirement, the speed is rapid and the suction and air-filling efficiency is high.
