Abstract本实用新型公开一种用锁相放大器对动平衡机微弱信号检测方法的实现装置,包括:信号处理电路、微处理器电路、模拟开关电路、无源低通滤波电路、校准/测量开关和数据传输电路;所述信号处理电路接收动平衡机输出的微弱信号,并将该信号进行正反两个方向放大;同时将参考信号Sref放大整形成方波信号作为斩波的开关;所述微处理器电路接收来自信号处理电路的方波信号,并对模拟开关的时机进行调整;所述无源低通滤波电路接收模拟开关输出信号;所述数据传输电路将校准/测量开关的输出信号通过USB接口传输至PC机。本实用新型具有成本低的优点,且检测精度高,偏差低。
Other AbstractThe utility model discloses a device which realizes method of detecting small signals of a dynamic balancing machine by using a lock-in amplifier. The device comprises a signal processing circuit, a microprocessor circuit, an analogue switch circuit, a passive low-pass filter circuit, a calibration/measuring switch and a data transmission circuit, wherein the signal processing circuit receives a small signal outputted by a dynamic balancing machine, amplifies the signal in positive and negative directions, at the same time, amplifies and shapes a reference signal Serf into a square wave signal to serve as a chopped wave switch the microprocessor circuit receives the square wave signal from the signal processing circuit, and adjusts time of the analogue switch the passive low-pass filter circuit receives the signal outputted by the analogue switch circuit and the data transmission circuit transmits the signal outputted by the calibration/measuring switch to a PC machine via an USB interface. The device is low in cost, high in detection precision and low in deviation.
