摘要: 本实用新型公开一种单驱动两自由度机械臂,它包括固定在底座上的电机,电机轴与下带轮相连,下带轮同时与下臂一端固接,上带轮通过同步带与下带轮相连,上带轮与上臂固定相连,上臂和上带轮与下臂另一端枢接。由于本实用新型中采用单电机驱动实现两自由度运动,这种单驱动两自由度机械臂具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑等特点,易于安装在机器人上。
英文摘要: The utility model discloses a single driving 2-DOF machine arm, comprising a motor fixed on the base the motor shaft is connected with the lower belt wheel which is fixed with one end of the lower arm the upper belt wheel is linked with the lower belt wheel through a synchronous belt the upper belt wheel is fixedly connected with the upper arm and then together are pivoted with the other end of the lower arm. Introduced with single motor driving, the utility model can achieve 2-DOF movement. With simple structure, light weight and compact structure, the single driving 2-DOF machine arm of the utility model can be easily installed on a robot.
