Abstract本发明公开一种单驱动两自由度机械臂,它包括固定在底座上的电机,电机轴与下带轮相连,下带轮同时与下臂一端固接,上带轮通过同步带与下带轮相连,上带轮与上臂固定相连,上臂和上带轮与下臂另一端枢接。由于本发明中采用单电机驱动实现两自由度运动,这种单驱动两自由度机械臂具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑等特点,易于安装在机器人上。
Other AbstractThe invention discloses a single-drive double-freedom arm, which includes a television fixed on a base. An electric motor shaft is connected with a lower belt wheel and the lower belt wheel is simultaneously fixedly connected with a lower arm. An upper belt wheel is connected with the lower belt wheel through a synchronization belt. The upper belt wheel is fixedly connected with an upper arm. The upper arm and the upper belt are pivoted with the other end of the lower arm. As the invention adopts a single electric motor to realize double-freedom movement, the single-drive double-freedom arm has the advantages of small size, light weight and compact structure, etc thereby being easy to mount on a robot.
