Abstract本发明公开一种钢料弯制半径测量方法及装置。方法:用球栅尺检测钢料热弯加工中的变形量,球栅尺变送器将检测的信号送至计数卡,再经过计算程序求出实际的钢料弯制半径。装置包括:球栅尺固定支架,与钢料的进给方向垂直安装,外设防护板;检测轮,与被测钢料直接接触,安装于导杆上;导杆,其上设有直线轴承,前端设有检测轮,后端经链条一端连接,链条另一端经固定在球栅尺固定支架上的链轮与重锤连接;双导向轴固定在球栅尺固定支架上;球栅尺,通过球栅尺固定支架设于机床床身上;并通过变送器滑块、经连接板与导杆滑动相连;直线轴承,与双导向轴滑动连接;重锤,对导杆施加指向钢料方向的牵引力。本发明具有测量精度高的特点。
Other AbstractThe invention discloses a steel bending radius measuring method and a steel bending radius measuring device. The method comprises: a ball bar ruler is used to measure the deformation amount in the steel hot-bending processing a ball bar ruler transmitter sends measured signals to a numbered card then a real steel bending radius is determined via calculation program. The device comprises: a ballbar ruler fixed support, which is perpendicular to the feed direction of the steel to be arranged, wherein a protection plate is arranged on the periphery of the ball bar ruler fixed support a detection wheel which is directly contacted with the measured steel and is arranged on a guide rod the guide rod, wherein a linear bearing is arranged on the guide rod, the detection wheel is arranged in the front-end of the guide rod, the back-end of the guide rod is connected with one end of a chain, and the other end of the chain is connected with a heavy hammer via a sprocket wheel fixed on the ball bar ruler fixed support a double guiding axle fixed on the ball bar ruler fixed support the ball bar ruler which is arranged on the machine tool body via the ball bar ruler fixed support and is connected in a sliding way with the guide rod via a transmitter slide block and a connection board the linear bearing which is connected in a sliding way with the double guiding axle the heavy hammerwhich exerts a traction force pointing to the steel direction for the guiding rod. The invention is characterized by high measuring accuracy.
