Abstract本发明涉及一种总线式可燃气体浓度检测装置及其控制方法,该装置包括:气体浓度检测部分,与控制部分的检测输入端相连;控制部分,包括微处理器,其接收气体浓度检测部分的检测信号,输出至显示部分及报警部分,微处理器中存有控制程序;显示部分,与控制部分的显示输出端相连;操作部分,与控制部分的操作输入端相连;报警输出部分,具有声音报警装置,通过光电耦合器接至微处理器的报警输出端;总线接口部分,具有总线通讯模块,其将控制部分中微处理器的信息发送到总线上;该方法包括对装置进行初始化、检测可燃气体浓度、随时与上位中央控制器进行串行通讯。本发明实现了可燃气体浓度的网络化检测,测量精度高、防爆性能高、显示的信息量大。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to a bus-type flammable gas concentration detection device and a control method thereof. The device comprises a gas concentration detection portion connected with the detection input terminal of a control portion the control portion including a microprocessor loaded with a control program for receiving a detection signal from the gas concentration detection portion and outputting to a display portion and an alarm portion the display portion connected with the display output terminal of the control portion the operation portion connected with the operation input terminal of the control portion an alarm output portion with a sound alarm device coupled with the alarm output terminal of the microprocessor through a photoelectric coupler and a bus interface portion with a bus communication module for emitting information of the microprocessor in the control portion to a bus. The method comprises the steps of initializing the device, detecting the concentration of a flammable gas, and serially communicating with an upper controller at any time. The invention achieves network concentration detection of flammable gas, high measurement accuracy, high explosion-proof performance and large amount of display information.
