Abstract本发明涉及水下机器人,具体是一种强作业型水下机器人载体用提升 组件。包括:提升杆,竖直设有中心贯通圆孔,上部为圆柱体,通过卡环 与中继器锁栓连接;下部为带有两个相对设置的竖直平面的圆柱体,在柱 体两侧分别设连接孔;提升座为环形,在环形上表面沿一个半径方向相对 设有起吊耳座,通过提升点销轴与提升杆的柱体两侧的连接孔安装在一起; 在环形上表面沿起吊耳座连线的垂直方向设有两限位挡块;底座圈,容置 有提升座;上压盖,与底座圈外径尺寸相同,覆盖于容置有提升座的底座 圈上表面;来自中继器的系缆穿过提升杆中心的贯通圆孔,提升座内环与 潜水器载体相连。具有供强作业型水下机器人使用、能够向任意方向倾斜 的特点。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to an underwater robot, in particular to a lifting component for a carrier of an intensive operation type underwater robot, consisting of a lifting rod which is vertically provided with a central through round hole the upper part of the lifting rod is a cylinder connected with a repeater lock plunger through a snap ring the lower part is a cylinder provided with two vertical planes arranged oppositely and the two sides of the cylinder are respectively provided with a connecting hole a lifting seat is ring-shaped and the upper surface of the ring is oppositely provided with lifting lug seats along the radius direction which are connected through a pin roll at a lifting point and the connecting holes at two sides of the cylinder of the lifting rod two limiting chock blocks are arranged on the upper surface of the ring along the vertical direction of the connecting line of the lifting lug seats a base ring is internally provided with the lifting seat an upper gland bush has a same outer diameter dimension with the base ring and is covered on the upper surface of the base ring provided with the lifting seat a warping hawser from the repeater passes through the through round hole in the center of the lifting rod an inner ring of the lifting seat is connected with a diving instrument carrier. The invention has the advantages that the invention can be used for the intensive operation type underwater robot and can incline to any direction.
