摘要: 本实用新型公开一种用于阶梯轴的联动式可调对中机构,包括定位座、基准定位块、联动定位组件和调整手柄,基准定位块和夹角可调的联动定位组件分别设于定位座上的两端,调整手柄设于定位座一侧,调整手柄与联动定位组件连接。本用于阶梯轴的联动式可调对中机构相对于传统对中机构,其结构更简单,使用方便,对中快捷精准。将其应用于阶梯轴的加工工艺中,可有效提高其生产效率,降低人工成本,降低对中检测的误差,提高成品率。
英文摘要: The utility model discloses a linkage adjustable centering mechanism for stepped shafts. The linkage adjustable centering mechanism comprises a positioning seat, a basic positioning block, a linkage positioning component and an adjusting handle, the linkage positioning component with an included angle adjustable and the basic positioning block are arranged at two ends of the positioning seat respectively, and the adjusting handle is arranged on one side of the positioning seat and is connected with the linkage positioning component. Compared with traditional centering mechanisms, the linkage adjustable centering mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use and quickness and precision in centering. By means of applying the linkage adjustable centering mechanism in the machining technology of the stepped shafts, production efficiency can be improved, labor cost can be saved, detection error during centering can be reduced and yield rate can be increased effectively.
