摘要: 本发明涉及防强电磁干扰的输电线路巡检飞行机器人控制器,第一处理芯片与第二处理芯片、陀螺仪、气压高度计、罗盘连接;电源电路与第一处理芯片、第二处理芯片、陀螺仪、气压高度计、罗盘连接;第一处理芯片用于采集陀螺仪、气压高度计和罗盘的数据,通过串口采集GPS数据,并将采集的数据进行处理得到飞行机器人的位置、姿态、速度信息;第二处理芯片根据第一处理芯片的位置、姿态、速度信息对与其连接的飞行机器人舵机进行控制;本发明在电路板上使用电源滤波器能够过滤飞行机器人工作中强电磁对供电系统的干扰;并且在电路板设计及安装设计上可防强电磁干扰。
英文摘要: The invention relates to a power transmission line patrol flying robot controller for preventing strong electromagnetic interference. The controller is characterized in that a first processing chip is connected with a second processing chip, a gyroscope, an atmospheric pressure altimeter and a compass; a power supply circuit is connected with the first processing chip, the second processing chip, the gyroscope, the atmospheric pressure altimeter and the compass; the first processing chip is used for acquiring data of the gyroscope, the atmospheric pressure altimeter and the compass, and acquiring GPS data through serial ports, and then processing the acquired data to obtain position, gesture and speed information of the flying robot; and the second processing chip controls a steering engine of the flying robot which is connected with the second processing chip on the basis of the position, gesture and speed information of the flying robot obtained by the first processing chip. The controller can filter strong electromagnetic interference on a power supply system during operation of the flying robot by using a power supply filter on a circuit board, and can prevent strong electromagnetic interference due to the design of the circuit board and installation.
