Abstract介绍了SDQH9型核级阀门驱动装置的抗震试验.试验利用地震模拟试验台,采用多频波法,按照要求的响应谱用人工模拟加速度时程控制,对SDQH9型核级阀门驱动装置进行动态特性探查试验和5次小量级的OBE地震模拟试验及1次大量级的SSE地震模拟试验.样机X方向、Y方向和Z方向的固有频率分别为72.59Hz、58.92Hz和13.32Hz.SSE地震模拟试验中,手轮测点处的加速度反应最大,三轴向峰值分别为20.22g、35g、20g.试验验证了SDQH9型核级阀门驱动装置在地震载荷作用下能正常工作.
Other AbstractThe seismic test for the SDQH9 nuclear -grade electric actuator is introduced.The tests used an earthquake simulating shaking table and adopted the multi—frequency test. The tests were controlled with digital control using simulated time-histories,which was based on the required response spectrum. It detected the dynamic characteristics detect tests and carried out the tests of OBE(operational base earthquake)five times and the SSE(safety shutdown earthquake)one time. The inherent frequencies of prototype in X direction,Y direction and Z direction were respectively 72.59Hz、58.92Hz and 13.32Hz. In SSE test,acceleration magnitude on hand wheel was the biggest and the peak value of the three axial directions were respectively 20.22g、35g and 20g. These tests proved that the SDQH9 nuclear-grade electric actuator can work normally under the effect of earthquake load.
