Abstract以中速磨煤机减速箱为物理模型,建立了以体积最小为目标,以齿轮齿数、齿轮模数、齿轮齿宽为设计变量,以齿轮的强度要求等为约束条件的优化设计数学模型。将优化结果与原始方案对比,结果表明体积减少了原始方案的29%,达到了节省材料,结构紧凑的目的。
Other AbstractThe reduction gearbox of medium speed mill is used as physical model. Mathematical model is established with the minimum volume as the objective function, the number of teeth, the gear modulus and the tooth width as the design variables, the strength of the gear and so on as the constraints. The optimized results are compared with the original data and the results show that the volume is reduced by 29%,which can economize material and realize compact configuration.
