摘要: 介绍了一种新型中大口径弹药自动装筒机器人,通过PLC自动控制,可实现多种型号、多种尺寸火工品的自动化装筒,详细介绍了机器人的系统构成以及工作原理;设备经实际应用检验,满足工艺要求,实现了无人化操作,提高了本质安全度,提高了装配效率,降低了工人劳动强度,避免了火工品表面刮伤和火工品的倾覆等危险事件的发生。
英文摘要: A new type of automatic tube robot for medium and large caliber ammunition was introduced, which is controlled by PLC and can tube automatically in a variety of models and sizes. The system composition and working principle of this robot were also introduced. After the practical application of test equipment, this robot can meet process requirements,and it has achieved unmanned operation,improved the intrinsically safe degree,improved assembly efficiency,reduced labor intensity,and avoided the occurrence of product surface scratches,the fall of initiating explosive device,and also the other dangerous events.
