Abstract本发明涉及一种半导体搬运系统天车运动表现方法,包括以下步骤:利用WPF的窗口作为动画画布;在画布中创建天车图形对象作为动画对象模板,并设置成隐藏;先在画布坐标系内绘制轨道静态图;使用复制的方式把对象模板按实际天车的个数复制成天车动画对象实体;根据实际的天车信息修改天车动画对象实体属性,并且设置成可显示;根据天车位置条码的一维值计算出画布显示区域的二维坐标,以天车动画对象实体的几何中心为基点通过WPF坐标变换把天车动画对象实体显示在与实际天车对应的位置上;按实际天车状态修改天车动画对象实体属性值,时实反映实际天车状态。本发明使用面向对象的方式,简化开发与维护;使用WPF显示技术,显示效果平滑。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to a movement expression method for a crown block of a semiconductor transportation system. The movement expression method for the crown block of the semiconductor transportation system includes steps that using the window of WPF as animation canvas; creating a crown block graphic object in the canvas, serving as an animation object template, and setting into a hidden state; drawing a static track figure in a coordinate system of the canvas; using a copying mode to copy the object template into a crown block animation object entity according to the actual number of crown blocks; correcting the crown block animation object entity attribute according to the actual crown block information, and setting into a displayable mode; calculating two-dimensional coordinates of a display region of the canvas according to the one-dimensional value of a crown block position bar code, using the geometrical center of the crown block animation object entity as a base point, and displaying the crown block animation object entity on the position corresponding to the actual crown block through WPF coordinate transformation; correcting the attribute value of the crown block animation object entity according to the actual crown block state, and reflecting the actual crown block state in real time. The movement expression method for the crown block of the semiconductor transportation system uses an object-oriented mode, and the development and maintenance are simplified; through using the WPF display technology, the display is smooth.
