摘要: 本发明公开了一种用于激光诱导击穿光谱的小波阈值降噪的阈值校正方法,基于合理的阈值校正数学模型,通过灰色理论和模糊理论计算得到校正后的阈值并用于激光诱导击穿光谱的小波阈值降噪。通过本方法取得了很好的激光诱导击穿光谱的降噪效果,在提高了信噪比的同时降低了检出限。
英文摘要: The invention discloses a threshold correction method applied to wavelet threshold noise reduction of a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps: calculating by virtue of a grey theory and a fuzzy theory based on a reasonable threshold correction mathematic model to obtain a corrected threshold which is applied to the wavelet threshold noise reduction of the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. By virtue of the method, a high noise reduction effect of the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is achieved; the signal to noise ratio is increased; and meanwhile, the detection limit is lowered.
