The energy management server is in data interconnection with the DCS through industrial Ethernet and is used for acquiring various energy related data and managing the data. The energy optimization server reads the related energy data in a DCS OPC server through an OPC client, performs optimal computing, and writes results into the DCS through the OPC client, thereby optimizing energy in the production process. The four components are organically integrated through an Ethernet interface module and the OPC server provided in the original cement enterprise DCS, the integrated management system has the advantages such as ease of integration and low cost, and energy data of cement enterprises can be acquired, stored, analyzed and managed.
