Abstract本发明涉及基于微控制器的风机超速保护装置及安全链动作方法,其装置包括微控制器,光耦,编码开关,串口电平转换芯片,三极管和继电器。其方法包括以下步骤:微控制器进行初始化;读取超速设定值;计算实际转速值;判断是否超速。本发明的检测精度超过了目前FPGA的0.1Hz,达到0.01Hz,而且便于嵌入式扩展,可以将实时数据导出便于数据分析。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to a microcontroller-based fan overspeed protection device and a safety chain action method. The microcontroller-based fan overspeed protection device comprises a microcontroller, an optocoupler, a coding switch, a serial level switching chip, a triode and a relay. The safety chain action method comprises the following steps of: initializing the microcontroller reading an overspeed set value calculating an actual rotating speed value and judging whether overspeed occurs. The detection precision of the microcontroller-based fan overspeed protection device exceeds that of the existing FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) by 0.1Hz and reaches 0.01Hz and the microcontroller-based fan overspeed protection device brings the convenience for embedded expansion, and is capable of outputting real-time data for bringing the convenience for data analysis.
