摘要: 本发明公开一种面向有道岔变换的搬运系统天车运动控制方法,其步骤包括如下:铺设的轨道构成多个独立区域,覆盖全部设备,通过控制道岔将不通的多个独立区域连通起来;启动天车监控线程和物料发送请求线程;查询待发送物料列表,取出待执行任务;查询天车列表,确定执行搬运任务的天车;再确定天车工作搬运路径,将搬运路径下载至天车,启动搬运任务;本发明方法主要是将铺设的轨道构成多个独立区域,通过及时、快速、精确的道岔变换,将不连通独立区域连接在一起,缩短天车运行时间,实现了复杂化的轨道系统,使物料在设备间自动传送,不需要人员参与,提高生产效率。
英文摘要: A disclosed overhead travelling crane movement control method for a carrying system with turnout switch comprises the following steps: controlling turnouts to communicate impassable multiple independent areas, wherein the multiple independent areas are formed by paved tracks covering all equipment; starting an overhead travelling crane monitoring thread and a material sending request thread; querying a to-be sent material list, fetching a to-be executed task; querying an overhead travelling crane monitoring list, determining an overhead travelling crane executing the carrying task; and then determining a work carrying route of the overhead travelling crane, downloading the carrying route to the overhead travelling crane, and starting the carrying task. According to the method provided by the invention, the multiple independent areas are formed by the paved tracks, through timely rapid accurate turnout switch, impassable independent areas are communicated together, so that the travelling time of overhead travelling cranes is shortened, a complexed track system is realized, the materials can be automatically transferred without participation of persons, and the production efficiency is improved.
