The multi⁃motor synchronization control system is one of key problems of modern manufactory. Most of the resent control strategies ignored the different importance of the motors with different functions. To deal with this problem，based on the adjacent cross⁃coupling control，the weighted cross⁃coupling control strategy and algorithm were proposed by giving weight to the motors. Then the stability and effectivity of the algorithm were proved. In the end，the simulation results of Simulink shows that this control algorithm improves the effectivity and the productivity of multi⁃ motor synchronization system.
