Abstract多电机同步控制系统是现代制造业中研究的核心内容之一。目前的多电机同步控制策略中,不同职能电机在重要性上的区别往往被忽略了。针对这一问题,在相邻交叉耦合控制策略的基础上,通过赋予电机不同权值,提出了加权交叉耦合的多电机同步控制策略与算法,并且进行了稳定性和有效性证明。最后,通过Simulink对研究结果进行仿真验证,结果表明该控制算法改善了多电机同步效果,提升了系统生产效率。; The multi⁃motor synchronization control system is one of key problems of modern manufactory. Most of the resent control strategies ignored the different importance of the motors with different functions. To deal with this problem,based on the adjacent cross⁃coupling control,the weighted cross⁃coupling control strategy and algorithm were proposed by giving weight to the motors. Then the stability and effectivity of the algorithm were proved. In the end,the simulation results of Simulink shows that this control algorithm improves the effectivity and the productivity of multi⁃ motor synchronization system.
