Extracting indexes from MES system production data and make statistic and evaluation is key to make full use of it and improve its application level. A method of multi-index statistic and evaluation based on MES system for manufacturing enterprises is introduced in this paper. First a comprehensive index system about “Manufacturing Capability” is established by decomposing it into sub-indexes in four aspects of “Effi-ciency”, “Quality”, “Cost” and “Standardization”. Then a data resource model of this index system is designed to provide unified interfaces for data integration with MES system. On this basis, a mechanism of statistic report generation and display is built to improve configurability and scalability. Finally, with adopting analytic hier-archy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate index, a closed loop control system of index decomposition, data collection, and index statistic and evaluation is built up, which is a valid tool for manufacturing enterprises to improve their management abilities.
