Abstract本文基于宏观反应动力学基本原理、质量衡算与能量衡算,建立了氧气底吹铜熔炼工艺的动力学模型。文中定量地研究了底吹炉内亚稳态工况及操作条件变化的工况下过程参数随时间变化的规律。最后通过对某铜冶炼厂的实际生产数据进行动态测试,验证了模型的有效性。
Other AbstractBased on the principles of macroscopic reaction kinetics, mass balance and energy balance, a dynamic model of oxygen bottom blowingfor coppersmelting processis established. The bottom-blowing furnace metastable conditions and operatingconditions of the process conditions change with time variation of parametersare quantitatively studied. Finally, a case with the practical production data is studied here to demonstrate the effectiveness of this methodology.
