摘要The reliability issue of the mechanical system of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles was analyzed. The system reliability models of the mechanical system of AUV were built under the conditions of random load and ultimate load, respectively. A temporal dynamic model was also built to describe the relationship between reliability and time. Then, the methods of reliability allocation were studied, and an improved method combined with the equal reliability allocation and the factor based reliability allocation was presented. Finally, the reliability of every component of the mechanical system of AUV was allocated with the new reliability allocation method according to the structural characteristic of the mechanical system of AUV.
