本发明涉及一种水下液压阀箱控制装置,包括嵌入式控制器以及与其连接的继电器、通讯接口、温度传感器和压力传感器;所述嵌入式控制器、继电器、通讯接口、温度传感器和压力传感器均设置于充满液压油的水下液压阀箱内部;所述继电器与水下液压阀箱内的液压阀连接;所述通讯接口通过水密电缆与水面控制器连接。方法为过中断方式接收液压阀箱控制命令,当接收到控制命令结束字节时,对控制命令通过校验和的方式进行校验;根据控制命令输出控制信号至继电器,并将液压阀箱内温度及压力信息反馈至水面控制器。本发明具有很高的集成度,可同时控制多个液压阀;可以工作在充满液压油的高压环境中;提高了密封可靠性,节约了成本。

Other Abstract

The invention relates to a control device of an underwater hydraulic valve box. The control device comprises an embedded controller, a relay, a communication interface, a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor, wherein the relay, the communication interface, the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor are connected with the embedded controller; the embedded controller, the relay, the communication interface, the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor are arranged in the underwater hydraulic valve box filled with hydraulic oil; the relay is connected with a hydraulic valve in the underwater hydraulic valve box; and the communication interface is connected with a water surface controller through a watertight cable. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a control command of the hydraulic valve box in an interrupt mode; when receiving control command finishing bytes, verifying the control command in a verifying mode; outputting a control signal to the relay according to the control command; and feeding back temperature and pressure information in the hydraulic valve box to the water surface controller. The control device has quite high integration level, can simultaneously control a plurality of hydraulic valves, and can work in a high-pressure environment filled with the hydraulic oil; sealing reliability is improved; and cost is saved.
