摘要The system uses a high-speed calibration method to a document data in which the document is electronically scanned. A numerical character pause software decomposes a single numerical character image file consisting of a numerical character image information file and an index file into a single numerical character image awaiting recognition. The index file includes the start address information of a line number along with the serial number corresponding to the numerical character file, the length of the data file, and the recognition result. After satisfying the required characteristics, the image data having the numerical character corresponding to the recognition result are collected. The numerical character image having similar characteristics are shown in a batch table on a screen. The other numerical character image which are considered to be erroneous are collected and are separately corrected. ADVANTAGE - Improves reliability, since menu division using screen is not required, and instead key board system is used.
