Abstract本发明涉及轴承在不同工况载荷下的动态特性参数测试技术领域,特别涉及一种主轴轴承结合部动刚度测试装置。包括底板及设置于底板上的电机组件、转速传感器、加速器、支撑轴承组件、待测轴承组件、激振装置、传动轴、轴向位移传感器及径向位移传感器,其中待测轴承组件和激振装置套设于传动轴上,传动轴的两端通过支撑轴承组件支撑、且一端依次与加速器和电机组件连接,转速传感器、轴向位移传感器及径向位移传感器分别用于测量传动轴的转速、轴向位移及径向位移。本发明测量方便、结构清晰、操作简单,可以模仿实际工况测得轴承刚度,对研究轴承结合部动态特性及确定合理的预紧力有重要作用。
Other AbstractThe device has a bearing component (8) sleeved on a rotating shaft (13). Ends of the rotating shaft are connected with a supporting bearing assembly. An accelerator (5) and a motor assembly (2) are connected with each other. A rotating speed sensor (4) and an axial displacement sensor (14) are utilized for measuring rotating speed and axial displacement of the rotating shaft. The bearing component comprises a pre- tightening nut, a thrust ball bearing and a pre-tightening force loading device. A bearing seat bracket is installed on a bottom plate (1).
