Abstract本发明属于海洋机器人领域,具体地说是一种多杠杆自锁远程脱钩装置,起吊加强柱的两侧分别连接有释放器夹板,拉绳自锁杆、受力转化杆及吊钩分别铰接于释放器夹板上,受力转化杆位于拉绳自锁杆与吊钩之间,拉绳自锁杆的一端与释放器夹板铰接,另一端与拉绳连接,拉绳自锁杆、受力转化杆的下方及吊钩的外侧分别设有限制转动的销轴;吊钩的一端为起吊重物的钩状,另一端在起吊重物时与受力转化杆抵接,受力转化杆的另一端在起吊重物时与拉绳自锁杆抵接,拉绳自锁杆所受受力转化杆的作用力方向与拉绳自锁杆的转动中心在一条直线上,进而实现自锁,通过拉动拉绳脱离自锁位置。本发明具有机构自锁、远程操作、释放简单、装置轻便等特点。
Other AbstractThe device has a lifting reinforcing column (2) connected with a releaser clamp (1), and a stress conversion rod (4) hinged with the releaser clamp by a hook (6). The stress conversion rod is located between a pull rope self-lock rod (3) and the hook. The self-lock rod has two ends connected with the releaser clamp and a pull rope, respectively. A lower part of the self-lock rod is connected to the stress conversion rod. A pin shaft is mounted on the releaser clamp for limiting rotation. An end of the hook propped against the conversion rod when lifting heavy objects.
