Other AbstractThe invention claims a surface of the k 465 nickel based high-temperature alloy material laser and manufacturing of the base plate pre-heating device and method for preheating and it belongs to the base plate pre-heating method technology field of. By analyzing k 465 nickel base high temperature alloy precipitated phase dissolving temperature is completely stress removing the temperature of the determining preheating procedure to realize the heating device structure and distributing method and finally combining the laser material and manufacturing efficiency for manufacturing the device characteristics and so on determining the direction of k 465 nickel based high-temperature alloy the preheating parameter. Using the method for preheating it can greatly improve k 465 nickel based high-temperature alloy material laser and manufacturing process of component distortion and cracking and it solves the problem of the preheating method has good effect of large-scale structure components preparation and engineering scene application foreground.
