The method is that by using carrier-wave technology to video frequency data signal modulation and alternating current power supply signal after compounding by a single-core coaxial cable it can achieve aim of many signal transmitting. The invention is composed of common cable which is connected with the water the upper module and the lower module has the advantages of low cost high transmission quality strong anti-jamming performance can be used in a cable at the same time transmitting power supply and two different radio frequency signal the invention has the characteristic of it is suitable for small type remote underwater robot.
