Abstract

针对水下生产系统的工作特点,设计了一种具有多个控制通道及检测功能的SEM。模块内集成嵌入式控制器及功能电路,并通过水密电缆与外部的执行机构和传感器相连接。模拟试验证明,整个系统运行状态稳定,可以实现在水下对外部设备的电能供给和实时操控,以及对温度、压力等典型环境参数的采集处理。

Other Abstract

According to the working characteristics of subsea production system, the paper designs a multifunctional SEM. The SEM is integrated with high-performance embedded controller and the function circuit. The control system connects the external devices through the watertight cable. By simulated experiment, the proposed system can control the hydraulic system accurately and collect the data information from the instruments.
