Abstract本发明公开了一种冷藏集装箱船全船制冷功率平衡控制系统及控制方法,控制系统包括环境数据采集器、冷箱控制器、冷箱集中控制器、风机控制器、风机集中控制器和冷藏集装箱船全船功率平衡控制系统。本发明将全船冷藏集装箱作为统一管理对象,预测全船冷藏箱之外所有负载的用电情况,调度冷藏集装箱,控制船舶电站,形成全船功率平衡控制,与单独监控冷藏箱状态、调度冷藏箱,进而维持冷藏箱功率平衡的方法相比,增加了其他负载的负荷预测和船舶电站的控制,降低装机容量和降低运营成本的效果也更加显著。
Other AbstractThe system has a cold box centralized controller for supporting RS485 communication and Ethernet communication to perform centralized control and state feedback on a multi-path fan controller. A reefer container ship full ship power balance control system. A refrigeration container monitoring system database provides ship loading each refrigerated container ID, temperature, humidity, manufacturer and working state data. The cold box centralized controller and a fan centralized controller receive instructions through an in-board LAN. The cold box controller and the fan controller control the working state of a refrigeration container and the warehouse blower to realize ship power balance control.
