Abstract | 本发明涉及水下机器人领域,具体地说是一种水下机器人海水采样装置,包括采样筒、安装法兰、连杆和摇杆,所述安装法兰上固设有两个铰接支架,其中第一铰接支架与采样筒前端的固定夹具铰接,第二铰接支架、连杆、摇杆依次铰接,所述摇杆远离所述连杆的一端与采样筒后端的固定夹具铰接,所述摇杆通过一个驱动组件驱动摆动;采样筒内设有一个活塞盘,在安装法兰上设有主动电磁铁,在活塞盘外侧活塞杆的端部设有从动电磁铁,装置采样时所述主动电磁铁和从动电磁铁相对,所述凹槽底面设有带单向阀的流道孔,所述活塞盘上设有锁紧机构。本发明可折叠缩回,从而减小水下机器人的航行阻力,方便水下机器人布放回收操作并节省存储运输占用空间。 |
Other Abstract | The device has a first hinge bracket (4) hinged with a sampling cylinder (10). A front end of a fixing clamp (8) is connected with a second hinge bracket (20). A connecting rod (6) is connected to a rocker (7) that is connected to the fixing clamp. The sampling cylinder is formed with a groove that is internally provided with a piston disk. A mounting flange (5) is equipped with a driving electromagnet (19) and the piston disk. An outer side of a piston rod is provided with a driven magnet (3). The driving electromagnet is connected to the driven magnet in an opposite manner. The piston disk is fixedly located at a locking mechanism. |
