Abstract我国锂离子动力电池即将步入报废潮,将报废的动力电池电极材料进行合理的处理,对环境的保护以及资源利用有重要意义。本文介绍市场上普及的电极材料干法和湿法回收技术工艺,根据调研回收工艺中的各项生产成本以及产生的收益数据,对获得的经济利润进行了计算分析。结果表明,三元材料电池采用湿法回收技术可获得较高的经济性收益,磷酸铁锂电极采用改进后干法回收技术也可获得一定的盈利。
Other AbstractLithium-ion batteries in China will soon enter the tide of decommissioning. It is of great significance to deal with the used batteries reasonably for environmental protection and resource utilization. In this paper, the technology of dry and wet recovery of electrode materials which was widely used in the market was introduced. According to the investigation and analysis of the production cost and the income data of the recovery process, the economic profit obtained was calculated and analyzed. Results showed that the wet recovery technology of ternary material batteries was more economical, while the recovery of lithium iron phosphate batteries was profitable with improved dry recovery technology.
